Prestige Products uses multiple transport companies and can arrange deliveries Australia wide to every Australian state, all major cities, regional and country areas. Delivery of equipment is usually through sensitive freight or commercial transport companies. Tail-lift service (truck with a rear hydraulic lift tray) is available for large and bulky equipment at extra cost. Smaller items are sent through general courier companies and/or Australia Post.
Please note that we use commercial transport companies and in most cases they cannot deliver to residential addresses. If you are purchasing items for home use or getting the items delivered to your home, please contact us for a quote so that we can obtain an accurate fright charge for the home delivery through other carriers.
All transport companies experience substantial increase in volume of parcels entering the network around busy promotional and trading times such as E.O.F.Y, Black Friday, and Christmas. This creates a big strain on the network and causes delays despite putting deploying additional resources. We recommend you take this into consideration and place your order earlier to ensure a timely delivery.
Please note, transport companies don't provide a time for deliveries and time of delivery depends on how many items are on board for delivery and where you are located on the driver's itinerary. If your equipment requires installation by licensed tradesmen, please don't book the tradesmen to arrive onsite unless the equipment has been delivered and is physically onsite. We do everything we can to accelerate the deliveries but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies.
