What is the PLUS membership and what does it include?
PLUS membership is a new initiative for hospitality venues to save money on their purchases.
PLUS members will receive additional benefits like:

What is Guaranteed Savings?
Guaranteed Savings is our guarantee that you'll save money with your membership subscription.
If your annual savings with us are less than your annual subscription amount, we'll refund you the difference in promotional credit (gift certificate).
To be eligible to receive a refund, your subscription account must be active for the continuous 12-month period.
A break or lapse in your subscription restarts the 12-month savings guarantee period.
How do I know my business qualifies and how do I subscribe my business?
All Australian companies with an ABN and a delivery address within Australia qualify to join the PLUS membership.
Customers are required to create and account with us first, and then join the program here.
How much PLUS membership costs?
The cost is $77/month inclusive of GST, and it is charged yearly.
First time subscribers receive an extra month added to their membership for FREE.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can cancel or manage your subscription on your account page.
You can cancel at any time. Your membership benefits will continue until the end of that month.
Is there a minimum order requirement to receive FREE Delivery?
Eligible products include FREE delivery for PLUS members and there is no minimum order requirement.
Free Delivery will cover standard road and common carrier costs on the items.
Additional fees for shipping options like Tailgate service and Express Freight will still apply.
What is Priority Processing and how does it work?
Priority Processing means your order will be moved to the top of the list and processed before all other orders for quicker dispatch.
What if my order includes items with and without FREE Delivery?
In these instances, the freight costs will factor in free shipping for the eligible items and paid shipping for the ineligible items.
You will only be charged freight for any items in your cart that are not eligible for FREE delivery.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to send items to different stores, we recommend placing a separate order for each store.
