Baron Target Top Q90TPF/G800
Baron Q90TPF/G800 is a heavy-duty gas target top with gas oven, engineered for professional commercial kitchens needing versatile griddle cooking and baking in a compact 800mm wide freestanding unit. Featuring a high-power 12kW central burner with piezo ignition, pilot light, flame failure device and cast iron brushed griddle with removable central disc for differentiated heating (500°C centre tapering to perimeter), it excels at grilling, frying and pot cooking. The gas oven (530x700x300mm internal) offers thermostatic control from 110-330°C, thick cast iron hearth, 3 anti-tipping GN guides and insulated door for even baking. AISI 304 stainless steel construction (15/10 worktop, Scotch-Brite finish), IPX5-rated knobs and 800W x 900D x 900H dimensions (80.4 MJ total) ensure durability, hygiene and easy cleaning in restaurants and hotels.
