Equipped with electronic controls and a digital temperature display, the ECOMAX Plus 515 offers three selectable wash cycles (60, 120, or 180 seconds) for flexible, rapid turnaround during busy service periods. Its advanced rotating top and bottom wash and rinse arms, combined with patented wide angle fan nozzles, ensure maximum coverage and superior cleaning results, while indented nozzles prevent blockages for consistent performance.
The deep-drawn, 10.6-litre wash tank with coved corners eliminates dirt traps and simplifies cleaning, and the integrated self-cleaning cycle further enhances hygiene and machine reliability. The double-walled stainless steel housing and heat-insulated front door reduce noise and energy loss, creating a quieter and more efficient workspace.
