Hobart GC-90C is a high-performance compact commercial glasswasher, engineered for busy bars, cafés, and restaurants demanding pristine results and maximum efficiency. This undercounter glass washer accommodates 400x400mm racks, offering a fast cycle time of 75 or 120 seconds and a capacity of up to 48 racks or 960 glasses per hour, ideal for high turnover hospitality venues. The GC-90C utilises only 1.9L of water per cycle, reducing water, chemical, and energy consumption by up to 35% for superior cost savings and sustainability. Advanced hygiene features include six automatic cycles (short, standard, intensive rinse, cold water rinse, basic cleaning, and hygiene), a GENIUS-X² fine filter system that prewashes and cuts detergent use, and a specific hygiene program for calcium deposit removal. Visiotronic-Touch Control (colour touchscreen) and the integrated Smartconnect app provide intuitive operation, status alerts, usage data, and remote management for streamlined warewash control.

For machine protection the water hardness should not exceed 3°dH, if higher we recommend using a HOBART HYDROLINE water softener / treatment system.
To avoid spots and streaks on the wash ware, we recommend the usage of an demineralisation cartridge (HYDROLINE / HYDROLINE EXTRA) or a reverse osmosis system HYDROLINE PURE.
