Hobart GXC is a compact, high-performance undercounter glasswasher engineered for commercial kitchens, bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues demanding spotless, hygienic glassware with every cycle. Designed for high washing volumes but with a low installation height of just 705 mm, the GXC is perfect for tight spaces and undercounter installations, accommodating 500 x 500 mm racks for maximum flexibility.
With a nominal capacity of up to 60 racks or 2,160 glasses per hour, the Hobart GXC delivers rapid, energy-efficient cleaning thanks to its powerful 0.5 kW wash pump and advanced GENIUS-X² fine filter system, which reduces detergent consumption by up to 35% and keeps the wash solution clean throughout each cycle. The GXC features up to 7 automatic wash cycles, including short, standard, intensive rinse, cold water rinse, basic cleaning, and hygiene programs, ensuring optimal results for all types of glassware.
