Santos #50CX is a high‑output commercial centrifugal juicer designed for busy cafés, juice bars, hotels, and restaurant kitchens that need fast, continuous production of fresh fruit and vegetable juice. It is ideal for venues requiring high-volume juicing. Featuring a powerful motor and high-speed centrifugal extraction, the Santos #50CX can produce around 1–1.5 litres of fresh juice per minute, giving up to approximately 100 litres per hour in peak periods. The extra‑large 79.5 mm circular feed chute allows whole or large-cut apples, carrots, and citrus to be processed with minimal prep, making it perfect for busy breakfast service, grab‑and‑go juice bars, and health-focused cafés.
Continuous juice production with automatic pulp ejection means operators can keep juicing without frequent stops to empty waste, improving productivity and reducing labour. A high spout (around 200 mm) is designed to accommodate jugs and pitchers directly under the outlet, making it easy to batch-produce juices for display fridges or service jugs. Santos #50CX Ezy‑Clean design incorporates a removable stainless steel bowl, basket with fine sieve, and cover so components can be disassembled quickly for washing at the end of service.
