The Rotor wind is a convection oven with a revolving rack designed for quick product loading & removal. It can be supplied in gas or electricity & is suitable for baking larger quantities of bread or pastry. These ovens can be supplied with a traditional electromechanical control panel or with the (optional) computerized electronic panel. It is available in a variety of models from 8 to 36 trays (600x400mm) to suit any production application.
