Zanolli Celle Rotor Wind electric proving chamber provides an environment with controlled temperature and humidity in order to ensure perferct leavening for the products to be baked. These provers are compaible with the racks on the Rotor Wind rotary ovens so that you can move the entire rack from the proving chamber straight into the oven and proceed with baking.
