Baron Q90PC/E401 is a heavy-duty 2 burner electric cooktop designed for compact commercial kitchens needing reliable, high-performance solid plate cooking in a space-saving 400mm wide benchtop unit. Featuring two powerful 300x300mm cast iron plates with 9kW total 3-phase power (400V/3N 50-60Hz), it provides even heat retention for boiling, simmering, frying and sautéing in restaurants, cafés and catering operations. IPX5-rated knobs, fully moulded AISI 304 stainless steel hob and water-tight radiant plates ensure hygiene, durability and easy cleaning in demanding environments.
