Baron Q90PCF/G1605 is a heavy-duty 8 burner gas cooktop with two gas ovens, engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens requiring a powerful 1600mm wide freestanding range for intensive cooking and baking operations. Eight high-power open burners with flame failure devices and a total gas load of 282 MJ deliver rapid boiling, frying and sautéing across multiple pans on a fully moulded AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with long-prong enameled cast iron grilles. Dual gas ovens feature thermal insulation, anti-tipping guides for GN trays, thick cast iron bases for even heat and IPX5-rated knobs for water resistance and hygiene. Robust all-stainless steel construction (front, sides, back, cabinet and ovens) ensures durability and easy cleaning in restaurants, hotels and large catering venues.
