Zanolli Synthesis 05/40 is a compact electric conveyor oven ideal for venues that need peak performance out of a smaller profile unit. All Synthesis ovens are stackable so you can step up your pizza productivity to meet peak demand. When you don’t need to produce as many pizzas you can save on energy by using just one baking module.
