The Hobart Ecomax 702 is a high-performance utensil washer designed for commercial kitchens. It features a rotating top and bottom wash system for even water distribution, a deep-drawn wash tank bottom to prevent hygiene issues, and a thermostop-function for guaranteed rinse temperatures.
